“He’s stepped in to help me with baggage on several flights,” Maria recalled. “His willingness to support the crew is what sets him apart—it’s the mark of a great captain.”

“His landings are amazing!” Maria said. “But it’s his respect for everyone—from passengers to coworkers at all levels—that truly motivated me to nominate him.”
