Program Overview

A program designed for the left seat. If you are ready to take to the skies as a Captain, we have a spot for you. Go Far With GoJet as you pilot our revolutionary CRJ-550, the only one of its class, as you fly to over 50 destinations and captain your career. 

Early Seniority Program

Earn up to 6 months of seniority!  New-Hire Direct Entry Captains can accrue up to 180 days of seniority with GoJet Airlines.  Complete Day 1 of Indoctrination to reserve your seniority and go on leave for up to 6 months.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 23 years old

  • FAA Multi-Engine Airline Transport Pilot’s Certificate

  • Minimum Flight Experience:

    • 1,750 hours, of which 100% must be fixed wing​

    • 1,000 hours multi-engine time

    • 1,000 hours air carrier experience

    • 1,000 hours turbine time


Captain Pay

  • $40k Sign-On Bonus paid out over 12 months
  • Starting Pay: $146.81 per flight hour
  • Per Diem: $2
  • 100% Cancellation Pay
  • Minimum Guarantee: 75 hours per month

At GoJet Airlines, we believe in fair compensation for your dedication. Our competitive pay rates reflect our commitment to valuing your skills and experience. Carryover up to 18 years of longevity from another carrier at a 1:1 rate.
