GoJet Airlines, LLC has adopted this policy to address how it may use biometric time clocks for timekeeping purposes. As a GoJet Airlines employee, one will be enrolled using one’s fingerprint to create an encrypted mathematical representation that can be used to confirm one’s identity for time and attendance purposes (“Biometric Information”). This policy explains how GoJet Airlines and its time clock vendor, ADP, or ADP’s authorized licensors or vendors (collectively, the “Company”) may collect, use, store, transmit and destroy this Biometric Information.

The Company shall not, under any circumstance, image or retain an image of one’s fingerprint.

One’s Biometric Information will be stored and used by the Company during the time of one’s employment, and for an additional period of time in accordance with applicable law, at which time it will be deleted from the Company’s systems. The Company and/or other authorized vendors may have access to one’s Biometric Information in order to perform system maintenance.
The Company’s use of one’s Biometric Information is limited to lawful purposes, and that the Company does not sell, lease, trade or otherwise profit from one’s Biometric Information. The Company will not disclose one’s Biometric Information to outside third parties unless:
