At GoJet, we don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to pilot hiring. Experienced pilots can join the team as a Captain rather than a First Officer. Our program is ideal for First Officers who meet Captain requirements but are facing long upgrade times.

Earn up to 6 months of seniority! New-Hire Direct Entry Captains can accrue up to 180 days of seniority with GoJet Airlines. Complete Day 1 of Indoctrination to reserve your seniority and go on leave for up to 6 months.
Program Benefits

FAA Multi-Engine Airline Transport Pilot’s Certificate
Minimum Flight Experience:
1,750 hours, of which 100% must be fixed wing
1,000 hours multi-engine time
1,000 hours air carrier experience
1,000 hours turbine time
At GoJet Airlines, we believe in fair compensation for your dedication. Our competitive pay rates reflect our commitment to valuing your skills and experience. Carryover up to 18 years of longevity from another carrier at a 1:1 rate.
As a Direct Entry Captain at GoJet Airlines, you are eligible to apply to the Aviate program. Acceptance into Aviate will secure your path to United, allowing for a direct pathway to the right seat of a United flight deck in as little as 24 months!
